Soooo title says it all
Does anyone have any experience with this? i didnt think it would be too hard to get the s13 engine harness to connect to the s14 chassis but after taking a second glance it looks like it might be some trouble
And once i get it wired in am i going to have to worry about my s14 lower trans harness? i wouldnt think so
but man does it look like its gonna be a bitch to rewire

Easier to buy the harness from WS.
If you’re trying to save a few bucks, you’ll need a donor KA harness. There’s 2 fuse box plugs that need rewired and 1 chassis plug that needs rewired. Find the pin outs for both, match the wires, cut and solder and you should be good.

600$ easy way out haha. im up for the challenge
I was gonna try to salvage the connectors off other early 90's model nissans since it would be blasphamous to cut up a ka harness
Ive already started mapping out the s13 half of the connectors and i think i found one of the wires youre talking about it looks like its the main 12v feed wire for the engine harness
(there is not enough colors of highlighters for this shit)
a lot of the connections on the gray connector (white as per fsm) look to be for the A/C
Im wondering if this "ambient switch" is important (connection E60 S13)
if anyone knows where i can find the engine wiring diagram for a 95 s14 that would be very helpful since i cant seem to find it in EL or EC sections

Not sure I know what these big words mean but I’ll pretend I do.
There’s a write up for S13 SR into S13 on FRSport.com. They tell you exactly what plugs need cut and rewired - for an s13. It’s relevant to you because you’ll need to know each wires function on the engine harness side of the plug, you’ll need to find the s14 pinout for those chassis plugs. They’re the ones with fuel pump, 12+, A/C switch, etc.
Luckily I had numerous extra harnesses to mutilate to make my RB25 work in my s13. It came with a RB->S14 harness, hacked it up to make an RB->S13 harness.
Point is, it’s very possible and been done many times.

If you want to save some bucks and have some free time (like a few days dedicated to unwrapping and sorting out the harness) then go for it. I have done the opposite, s14 sr in an s13, and it was not bad. A good learning experience for sure!

What he said.
If you take your time, your harness can look real good. Here’s how my SR turned out:
