Because im not able to find a buyer in the Bay Area I am willing to ship now. Its not something I want to do but this thing is taking up lots of space and I need it out of my room. BTW, the price is very firm and I will not go down a doller. The rail and sliders alone are over $100 from Sparco...

The good; I got this seat from a friend like 6 months ago and I ended up not using it. It comes with rails and sliders but the rails arnt for a 240sx. You will need to buy new rails for 240sx which are like $50 from Sparco but the sliders (I am told) are universal.
The bad; The cloth is in bad shape right now and it needs to be replaced. It has sun fade on the top left and the seating area is dirty. The plastic trim for the harness holes is also missing.
