Best tire fitment set up for 16x8.25 +0

Looking for some opinions on what tire sizes to run for 16x8.25 +0 I run stock FLCA, and S14 inner and outer. I am going to be running about -3 degrees of camber in the front (might bring it down, I'm getting into grip set) and about -1 in the rear. I typically run 205/55 but am possibly looking to go wider/different ratio, but am worried about fitment issues.

Previously on extended FLCA running 225/50's with about -6 degrees ran fine but was close to rubbing.
