No im not wasting $ on spings and shocks. This is my daily driver not my project coupe. I need something that handles a lil better and is lower then the horrible 4" wheel gap.
I dotn need uber stiff springs for my work car just something better. I was looking into springs and it has come down to sprint springs 1.8" all around and i can get em for 120 shipped or sportlines 1.7/1.4 for 160 shipped. Lot of people seem to be happy with the sport lines and the few ppl that have sprint springs seem to be happy. Im just looking for opinions i will probably be getting some agx shocks too.
yes i know my $ is better spent on coilovers. but this is a daily driver. not a track car. if u want to flame.. FLAME ON!!! :rawk: as i think to myself also....
sprint springs - 120
camber plates - 80
agx - 300
d2's are like 700
tien basic 750
iono what do u guys think i just need something for my work car

get the sportlines if you arent gonna be on the track or anything. but if your thinking about building it for track in the future just invest in the d2's

Where you gonna get pillow ball mount for $80, foo? I want some ;p
My opinion, get Sportlines & the rest of that feces or get Tein BASIC.
Why not get D2? Well, what happens when they blow? Can you get them rebuilt?

there's a GB going on right now for D2/K-sport coilovers:
CLICK HERE (http://www.midatlantic240sx.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?;act=ST;f=3;t=2272;st=0)
only $660 shipping included. A bunch of adjustability, stiff and handle well or comfort ride. Don't be stuck with basic un-adjustable springs and shocks

Then you'll pull a RareTrick and take 50 years to ship the item.. what happened to Eddie's NurSpec, foolio?
HIJAAAAACK!
Back on topic... get Tokico, fuck KYB.
Who else makes pillow ball upper mounts.. I've seen TEIN, CUSCO, and one other brand that I forget.
Any cheap no-name ones?

i just need soemthing cheap for my daily driver damnit! the coupe wont be on the track till after febuary anyway. it will be running soon but thats about it. im also trying to get it done by the end of the month
Just go with Sportline/AGX. DONT buy tokico blues. AGX have a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This generic setup seems to work best and will probably last a lot longer than D2's.

so if i buy like agx from tire rack or soemthing they and they blow i can get another set?
yeah as long as you dont lower them past the allowed limit. Which makes me realize that sportlines are probably lower than AGX like to handle. Maybe the pro-kits will work better. You are allowed a max 1.5 inch drop if you wanna keep your warranty.
