Hey man, so I'm really pushing to sell this locally due to the shipping costs which will be around $200 additional to the $250 asking price which I don't see people willing to spend and I imagine it being a logistical nightmare.

Unfortunately after looking into the cost of shipping which averaged about $200-300 I don't think anyone would be willing to pay $500+ and deal with the logistics.
