i learned a good lession today, if you don't have the right tools don't do it your self
taking off the SR manifold isn't no easy task, it was a good thing i had a breaker bar
replacing the t25 with a t28 we needed alot more then we barganed for
while taking the nuts off the dump pipe to the down pipe, all the bolts snapped
the t25 on the hot pipe it had a elbo that was 3 bolt, the t28 we had was 2 bolt
tomorrow will be day2, and if i get my car back tonight im going back
(and just found out by my friends in the garage that the dump pipe wasn't even bolted on the turbine)
EDIT
STEELS: dump pipe its an O2 extension

its not a dump pipe its an O2 extension. man that confused the fizzuk outta me. I was like dump pipe WTF is he talking about :)
all stock T25s are water and oil cooled, yes you can plug the water holes turbo may not live as long but thats just speculation. youd also have to plug them on the block of the SR and that stupid pipe around back thats a PITA to get to.

UPDATE on pics and crap
well heres the storey, The T25 was fine ;/ the turbo woudn't spool back then i don't understand how it could be the 02 extention
but we got it going and thats all that matters
also, wow a breaker bar does wonderrrsssssss, im at the end holding my baby
the bolts n studs on the o2 extention that snapped off had to be customized a little :)

EDIT
STEELS: dump pipe its an O2 extension
No a dump pipe comes off an external wastegate and either goes back into the exhaust down stream or to the atmosphere. not the same thing as the O2 extension. :)
and spell my name right dmmit!! :axe:
