will civic rims fit a 240?

im lazy and dont know how to measure offset

my dad has some rims from his civic si (i think thats the EX in the US)

they have snow tires that might still last a season or 2

will they fit my 240 (1993)
and his civic is a 1997

we have civic si's here too.. anyways they will not fit, civics are 4x100 240's are 4x114.3
