This is a BRAND SPANKING NEW, never bolted up, S15 ball bearing T28 turbo. Installed on the turbo is a BRAND SPANKING NEW HKS wastegate actuator. Also installed is a brand new 3" compressor inlet adapter and a brand new stock piping diameter compressor outlet adapter. The flanges are extremely well designed with O-rings built into them, no gaskets. The turbo and wastegate actuator speak for themselves!
