I got tired of searching for each limit of each part on the ka24de, so i composed a list of all of them. Hopefully this will help other noobs. If a list already exist feel free to delete or add info.

ka24de-t limits

All limits can be exceeded, these are rough estimates with reliability in mind.
- head limit 400hp
- the ka head is not going to brake if you go above “x” hp. but to get above 400ish you are gonna want to start thinking about head work. 264/264 is fine to have with stock valve train but it can not hurt, 272/272 will need machine work to clear and upgraded valve train.
- block limit 300hp

Pistons 300
- Rods 400
- crank is almost always fine, if you need a dampener you aren’t reading this…
- Always replace bearings

- intake manifold(and tb) 550hp
- injectors:

270cc: 180hp
- 370cc: 280hp
- 550cc: 375hp
- 740cc: 480 hp
- top feed for any higher

- fuel pump(oem) 200hp
- fuel pressure regulator: stock is good for most builds(need someone with experience to step in here)
- 255l/h 500hp (dual set up from this point on)
- head gasket
- felpro/paper/compression gasket: 300hp
- 3 layer steel/cometic/tomie>300hp
- MAF:

- G60(240sx): 200hp
- N60(maxima): 325hp
- N62(z32/j30): 500hp

- Transmission

stock: 450hp
- z32 5-600hp
- z33 anything above

Isn't this information compiled between this site and ka-t.org?

There are actually whole threads devoted to stages of boost and horse power requirements for independent parts.

Not saying this isn't a good starting point, but it's not going to be a stickied thread.

Yeah, each individual part has its own thread, that's why I was trying to get them together. I honestly was doing for myself, I in no way expected it to be stickied.
