Just finished my s13 sr swap into my 89 chassis. First off my car will not crank when key is turned. The starter works and I replaced the starter relay. Now when I try to start the car by jumping the starter it only cranks but doesn't start. I am getting fuel and spark and all my grounds are good. Also reset CAS to spec from frsport guide. What else could it be???? Btw I am still running the stock fuel pump and I hear it prime when key is turned. Please help!!

how do you know your getting fuel? wet plugs? fuel pressure? or just that you hear the pump run and there is fuel in the lines, best thing to do is pull all 4 coils and put the spark plugs in them, make sure they all spark, as an added bonus if you do it above each empty hole you will get a few little fireballs telling you that you actually have fuel spray into the cylinders, next step is electrical testing, maf, tps, o2 sensor etc, is your iacv actually open allowing air flow?

I just assumed since there was fuel in the lines and when I bought the motor it ran fine before pulled. Yeah I pulled the coils and was getting spark. Also not sure about the iacv but we tried to crank while TB was open as well. Also currently getting ecu tested. I just thought it was weird bc like I said it ran when pulled from clip.

What harness did you use? Are you gettin battery voltage at the starter solenoid? Where is your battery?

Using wiring specialties. I haven't checked if the solenoid is getting the volts. And battery is up in the front

Fuel lines crossed? Pretty easy mistake to make...

Shit maybe... Can you explain which line goes where? I know that one line goes to the FPR and the other to the fuel filter but which hardline is which ?

Just switch them, I can't remember off the top of my head which on of the 3 are what. 1 is feed, 1 is return and the other is vent.

Feed > Filter> Rail
Return > FPR
Vent > Atmosphere, filter or emissions charcoal canister.
