Who we’re looking for:
We need an experienced Customer Service Rep who possesses extremely strong organizational skills, and is a well-spoken professional who knows how to communicate effectively via phone and email. The right candidate is the type of person who thrives in an energetic, fast-paced environment, and is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
What you’ll be doing:
• Provide high levels of customer support and support your assigned Sales Rep and their clients
• Handle high volume of phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Manage shipping carrier issues, including damage claims, lost shipments, and other issues
• File and follow up with claims with shipping carriers
• Heavy Data Entry
• Back up Receptionist
• Retail Sales (Commission Opportunities)
Must haves:
• Minimum 3 years sales or customer service and/or experience dealing with shipping companies
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Extremely goal-orientated and focused
• Very strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask
• Experience in data entry
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Bonus points:
• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
• Knowledge of aftermarket automotive industry (BIG bonus)
• Type minimum of 50 WPM
