Tire size question S14 SE rims.

Ok so i have some SE rims 16x6.5...tires suck...but I have basically brand new 245/50/16 tires here at home.

I did some research and see people say it can fit...but you don't get the full 245 on the ground...

My question is this ...can I safely fit a 245 on my S14? anyone have experience with that..I have the tires already that were for my camaro so If they can fit on and work and last ill be happy..

My set up is:
Stock shocks (sold coils getting new ones eventually)
adjustable arms
SE rims 16x6.5...
spacers in the front to clear Z32 brakes

Sell them or trade for the correct size, somebody on this forum needs tires for their honda or miata.
