KA24DE dies/stall randomly while driving

car was driving fine for a couple months, never died or stalled while cruising.
all of a sudden it would randomly shut off while driving:

and it takes a while to start up. wont start up immediately:

we adjusted the timing, throttle position, got new plugs, spark plug wires, fuel lines, fuel pump, and changed the distributor cap. car ran fine again for a month.

now the car is doing it again, almost immediately after firing it up and driving away. Any ideas?

Would you know if it's flooding or not?

It sounds as if the ecu doesn't know what to do when more air is getting in. Are all the sensors working?

could be maf I've also seen guys have issues with vacuum lines and the smog box at the back of the engine
