you have to pay the premium up front when you first get it? or does it start monthly?

My brother had esurance, but he doesnt use it anymore. They are a [email protected] to get ahold of cuz they charged my brother twice. It took like 2 months to get everything straight, they have no customer service. So dunno its up to you, but so far the experience is bad.

i've had esurance for over a year with no problems. of course i haven't had any claims to file either, so i dunno how good they are with that.

My GF has it. Great rates and claims(cause the out sorce it). but the regular account CS people are worthless.
