Can't use new posts button

Maybe my comp is giving up on working properly...any clues?

does it say no new search results? i f so mine does it alot too if i clear my temporary internet files it will work again for a day or two

When I use it it says that I'm not allowed to do more than one search within 20 seconds. Always says that but yet I can still use search.
