ca18det coolant leak help

hi guys and or gals

my ca18det is leaking coolant from the metal line that is pressed into the passenger side of the block.
before you ask im sure its from the block and not the hose. ive tested it

but my question is how have people fixed this problem.

Weld it shut. A temp fix could be silicone for coolant then cut a pice heater hose to slip it over (cut it so you can slip it on) then some screw clamps over the hose directly on the leak. This might work.
