vibrations/noises

I drive a 96 240sx and the steering wheel vibrates but that's not a big deal however it makes the most annoying noise.... it's not like it's a big vibration but when i rest my hand on the horn it stops vibrating... does anybody know how to fix this annoying problem??

Loose airbag maybe? Bad alignment, tie rods, warped rotors, loose hub..

Any of the above... or it can be that one or more of your wheels aren't balanced correctly.
