popup headlight wont align

My passenger side headlight goes all the way down then pops back up a little bit when turned off. No matter what i do with the turn knob adjustment it just goes back to this after the lights are turned on.

Any suggestions?

make sure the dip switches are right

had this thing for 20 years and never even knew it had popup dip switches lol

you know the location?

You could adjust the rod or the cover. Whichever works best for you.
