Hello Zilvia forum!
I just joined and this is my first post so bear with me :) I drive a 1994 S13 vert with a 5-speed swap and, obviously judging from the title, running a mostly stock KA24DE. The only changes done are ones I have inherited from the previous owner. Those changes are:
-An aftermarket air to fuel ratio module and an AFC Neo system.
-Brake boost delete, swapped with a Wilwood hydraulic brake system.
-Welded diff.
-Bigger air filter.
-Z series fuel pump
I'm not the most skilled 240 owner, nor the most knowledgeable about their engines, but I do know that something is definitely off with mine. I just installed brand new fuel injectors as well, and they're all firing too. Any suggestions or do you all need more information? Hope this hasn't been figured out already. I searched the forums but couldn't find anything.
Thanks guys

Start by checking the spark plugs

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the injectors?

Does it matter what gear you're in?

First thing first, your problem may lie within your SAFC. I would strongly suggest that you get a hold of Martin from RS Enthalpy and talk w/ him. He's local to you.

Thank you all!
Alright, Zak, I checked my spark plugs, they are golden!
I attached the fuel injectors I have installed.
And yes, gears do matter, but it seems the car really leans out most above 4500 rpm, no matter the gear. Noticed this driving today. Funny thing is that it'll have that lapse, then kick back in. It'll also randomly lean out cruising at under 3000 rpms. It'll sit at 15, then lean out to 18 or off the gauge completely for a second or two, then come back in to range.
I'm thinking it may be the SAFC too. I think the previous owner may have had it tuned for SR20 injectors, which the car has had until I finally changed them back over to the KA24DE injectors a day or two ago.
