What turbo was that and what did the car put down?

EFR 6758 0.64.

Made ~300 WHP and 290 WFt-lbs at 13.5 psi of boost and no timing tuned in on a dyno dynamics "heart breaker" dyno. Just strictly A/F correction/tuning and boost by RPM/Gear controlled through the ECU. Boost was ramped up to 15 from ~6200-7000 to keep a flat 250-270 ft lbs @ the wheels from 3280 RPM to 7000 RPM (we made that the rev limiter). This was to be a true street and tractable setup that pulled to redline with zero abash. It was tough keeping it off the limiter from gears 1-3.

Turbo is capable of an easy 420-450 WHP on pump with response better than any T25 offering. Best turbo setup I have had on my prior vehicle to date and solidified me into the EFR camp

Very tempted to sell my mid-mount td06 setup and go to a top mount EFR setup and make the same power but more low end torque.

I have several EFR turbos but they are going on other vehicles.

However, they have dropped in price recently and can be found on ebay for less than the price of a GTX brand new. I would HEAVILY consider this as the GTX does not hold a torch to the EFRs (remember, the GTX is only a billet version compressor wheel but the same ol' turbine wheel they have been using for decades..........). It's not the power that make these turbos shine. Is the transient response to in boost and the addictive immediate response between shifts! I have been through several Garrett offerings and have been through 2 EFRs and nothing holds a candle to the EFR currently.

If you find an EFR and would really like the kit, I am more than willing to work a deal with someone! Just let me know and we can make it happen!
