First post on here so forgive me if it's not in the right place.

Last night driving started to notice a knock only present between like 2.5k-3.5k rpms. Doesn't do it below or past that point. Started to feel sluggish also. have owned the car for 3 months now, has not leaked or burned any oil. Today I pulled each plug wire and revved it to that point and it made the same knock straight across.
What do you guys think?

Sounds like you done spun a bearin. As an anecdote I drove on a spun bearing for over a year. I tried to blow it up at the end and couldn't get it to grenade itself. KAs are stronk.

one of the good things about using a stock exhaust is you can hear the engine better. Its probably been knocking like that but softer for quite a while. You might have an oil problem, or run it low on oil at some point. I am guessing you do not have an oil pressure gauge or warning setup that is very bright and visible.
