Hello my SR is being a little bitch and won't stop leaking coolant. I replaced all the hoses and clamps under the intake manifold but still drips even almost pours when under any sort of load. I can see drops start to collect on the knock sensor but obviously that's not it. I can see a very small film of coolant running along the headgasket but it doesn't burn coolant and has plenty of compression and runs healthy. So I'm convinced it's not actually coming from the headgasket. It has to be leaking from somewhere and trailing down it. I'm so lost. Please help thanks!:confused::picardfp:

Try dye or tracing powder

Let's think about this for a second. "It pours out under load" would mean that your so called "good" headgasket is in fact bad. This means your HG is compromised. Pull your rad cap and look for bubbles. You can also purchase a hydrocarbon test for the coolant that will tell you your gasket is good or bad.

ive seen a good amount of "pin holes" in the metal piping or rubber hoses under the manifold that will leak when revving or increasing vibration. holes that wont leak at idle but then piss out when driving, etc
