Used 18" wheel lips and tires

1st pair of lips I bought last year for my wheels, but decided to go wider. My car is garaged and hardly driven, so these lips haven't seen many miles. I'm looking for $350 obo local pickup.

18x3" polished step lip, standard 40 hole drilled for m8 bolts

I have a used pair of 275/35/18 michelin ps2. The tires still have some life left on them for someone looking for a temporary tire to get by. One tire has a plug already and a small nail (can be seen in the picture). I'm looking for $50 for the pair.
