So the car I'm dealing with has been kinda thrown together and I'm trying to get a few things placed where they belong. For example... The coolant passage to the rear of thermostat seems bypassed and after searching and looking at the FSM I still Can't pin point exactly where it would normally feed. Any help would be appreciated such as just a quick photo etc..

Do you have a copy of the FSM? A coolant diagram will most likely be in there.

Yeah I have a copy and the diagram they show I cant pin point it. Its the only line in the diagram that I'm lost on..

Hmm, you may be confused about which hose it is?
It is very common to run the heater core hose straight back to the heater core from the manifold water neck bypassing the lower manifold (which is the factory method) when you delete the throttle body coolant lines.
Makes taking the manifold off 2.3 million times easier.
