First the bag of cement, now tread separation... What will it think of next?

Could you explain what happened there? How did it happen?

Tread separation is when the tread separates from the carcass and then whacks things REALLY hard.

did you not tighten all the bolts on the fender? the 2 near the door and the 2 below the car?

Um... The tire lashing at the fender at 85mph kinda negated any and all bolt tightening.

damn, condolences to you and your car. how effed up is the harness? i think i might know someone that's selling a left fender for cheap, he got in a right hand side collision, so it's still good. pm me if you're interested.

EXACT thing happened to me, but on my rear driver side quarter panel. its taken out!

i do that to my rears all the time, ive ripped the plastic cover holding the filler neck off, and put holes in 1/4 pannel from it :bigok:

thats not a big deal. you can fix all of that with the money you saved on buying used shitty tires from mexicali. :duh: :angel:

bend that fender down, ziptie it togeather, rewire that portion of the harness
get back on the streets and do it all over again!
