Q45 seized diff.

What could it be? What should i try? If its fucked would it be worth it to swap internals if possible? And whats cheapest route to get it into my car? $500 on one axle isnt very enticing.

pull it apart and find out! internals shouldn't be to bad...can swap aftermarket lsd in if is completely shot!

I did pull it apart i still cant find out whats wrong. I cant seem to find anything that might of broke off and jammed it or anything of the sort.

If the diff bearings spin as well as the pinion when its disassembled, chances are your shims for the back lash settings are incorrect causing it to bind.
