So there's 3 outlets under the intake manifold of a s13 sr20det, thermostat housing outlet, coolant temp sensor housing outlet and the water pump outlet. I am running a journal bearing turbo and eliminated the heater core. Is everyone plugging the outlets? Would this cause issues in flow? If your looping them how are you looping the three outlets?

loop the 2 for the heater...keep the rest running..will pop off if plugged from what I can tell.

This involves cutting and welding old corroded pipes. This also positions the line completely loose.

Does someone make a billet or custom temp sensor housing that bolts on to the side of the head with two outlets? I have seen the ones that mazworx makes for the vvl conversion kit but these are not compatible. Something similar to this would allow you to easily loop the entire system and keep both temp sensors...

This wasn't a "do this" suggestion, it's giving you more information about what exists from the factory and you can make up your own solution.

dont ever blank off a coolant line unless directly at the port, always loop it and keep the water flowing.

This type of coolant "housing" isn't available for the standard DET's. Part of the reason being, the coolant passage is integrated into the intake manifold that bolts directly to the head. A machined housing and manifold flange would have to be fabricated to utilize that style coolant "housing". IMO you don't gain anything from doing this.
