Exactly Similar to this:

Mine:
http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=n6woz%3E&s=9

Rulled out:
Spark Plugs(Gap equally at .30, no residue on the end of spark plug)

Fuel injectors(Added injector cleaner has improved way better but still does this. I keep adding the cleaner just in case)

Coils: All seem to work, tried disconnecting each one by one and all did the same thing by idling lower when doing so)

MAF: Cleaned it BUT had an Accident on breaking the little sensor but Weld it back and works. Planning on replacing it either way soon)

TPS: Only tried disconnecting the plug and started idling lower, connected it and went back to normal)

ECU: As in the guys video, he said that he had a wrong tune for his ecu. I have Stock ECU

Timing: can be related to this but its set at 750-800 at idle. Noticed that goes a bit higher since i had the accident with the MAF

O2 Sensor: Switched to a brand new one

Intercooler Piping: No leaks but this is when I started noticing this problem after I installed the piping. Specifically right after I had to custom work, drill a nipple for wastegate on the hotpipe. Was not weld on.

Been researching this for awhile but can not figure it out whats the cause!

pull codes and fix this, even if there's no code!
you didn't think it's odd, for your car to take 20sec to go from 80 to 100

Thing is I have a 98 type x sr, can't get the codes like the KA or redtop SR. My consult port was never wired to the fresh harness I got for my SR so I kinda can't at the moment. Check light engine does not pop up

Don't mind the Speedo, it's not accurate. It would fluctuate like that

For the record, I recorded my clip after I had the accident with the MAF sensor. Still did the same thing as before

I was actually watching the tach, and its not revving fast enough, and it appears to have a problem revving past 3k and the tach is usually 300-500 rpm off from the ecu.
I pointed out a problem you have the option of addressing it or not good luck!;)

I was at 15-25% on throttle, that's when i usually have this problem. If I WOT, it does not stutter at all but feels like it would be underload. Half throttle, it stutter for a bit then take off cause boost, didn't show that on the video. Don't get what you are trying to state about the tach and ecu being off a bit lol

My motor acted similar to that and even though the spark plugs read fine, I had to measure resistance between tip of the plug & ground on each of them to find out which one caused the problem.
Replacing the spark plug solved the problem for me.

Plain and simple it's a air metering issue. The ECU is getting a signal that it should have so much air but somewhere along the line the air is escaping, or new air is getting introduced and now either too much or too little fuel/spark is occurring causing it to perform poorly. If you have never changed the plugs, chances are the dude in Japan never changed them too. Change them. Definitely get a new MAF. Test the system by pressurizing it with an air compressor and see if pressure drops. You'll have to make a fitting go over the inlet of the compressor on the turbo. To make sure it's not the IC and couplers, you can put a cap on the end the runs to your throttle body and then pressurize from the other end.

Thanks for the help guys, i manage to finally fix this annoying issue!

Turns out it was the MAF sensor

Manage to get myself a used one, cleaned it with maf sensor cleaner, and now I don't have that problem anymore! Still to early to know if the problem really cleared cause I just got it but test drove with it already and was gone. But i'll come back and let you guys know if still have the issue.
Hopefully I dont lol
