The matching front bumper will be along within the next few weeks, currently being prepped for molding! Skirts and valances are available at a discounted rate until the end of April when the 2016 Tax Season Sale finishes!

Are these molded from real GP Sports G Sonic Type R pieces? (Except the front bumper, I like your version better).

I didn't like it when they first came out, but over the years this rare 180sx kouki style kit grew on me.

yes, the skirts and valances were original gp sports (logo was embedded under the fiberglass). i fixed the valances to fit better and the sideskirts fit exactly like the pair i molded from. the front bumper fit perfectly! i was amazed for a replica how spot on it was, i had one small spot i sanded away as it was missed during finishing from the company who produced it in japan.

I think it looks like a kouki kit with a bottomline style added to the bottem of the valances. I think if you two tone painted the kit it (body color with black on the bottem lip) it would accentuate the effect.

yes, the chuki winkers are terrible and there are fitment issues with them if you are running a bashbar (as in, they dont fit since theyre in a different position)

well its not like a ton of people will be rocking this kit given its not a cheap backyard knock off like so many others! unless you pay to play, youre not gonna be able to afford it... also keep in mind that a good chunk of the 240sx scene now sees kits like this as being "too old". They prefer the rocket bunny type of stuff.

PS: Benson Hsu will be running this kit on his car soon...

You made the rear valence to fit both coupe and hatch right? :) I've seen oem ones fit on coupes but not sure what has to be modified.

no, the GP Sports GSonic TypeR Coupe rear valances are different. the coupes rear quarter panels are about 3" longer than the hatches are. also, the coupes rear bumper doesnt have the body line in it that the S13 hatches does. OE S13 Kouki valances really dont fit the coupe in any sort of clean way, people just cram them on and make them fit (which doesnt look good IMO). ive been patiently waiting and trying to get my hands on a set of GSonic S13 Coupe valances for over a year now. i know a guy in Cali who has a set, but he wont let me mold them! hes like "if i let you mold them then everyone is going to be running them and i wont have a unique car anymore" im like "uh, hate to tell you, but very few people will be running them because most of the 240 scene wants new school stuff like Rocket Bunny." soooooooo its all just a waiting game. im also trying to get my hands on the matching TypeR Coupe side skirts as well. i almost had a set on YAJ, but i was out bid at the last minute (I had $350 on them, bid went up to $355 in the last few minutes and i couldnt get a hold of my importer fast enough).

well, unfortunately they are EXTREMELY hard to come by! its on my list of things to do and i check YAJ + Croober + a few other sites i know of religiously for them usually a few time a week. like i said, its just all a big waiting game
