I bought this car and found out that it had a salvaged title and $690 in backfees. The dated pink slip showed that the car had a clean title but the DMV revealed that the vehicle was indeed a salvage titled car. Looking to get back what I paid for it. Selling as is. SOLD

Original SE model. One previous owner, engine was said to have been rebuilt and has about 80k miles on the rebuild. Its a very healthy and starts right up every time like a new car.

If the dude sold it to you with the pink slip in his name, you don't have to pay the backfees on the car.

ya shitty thing about that is it says MAY BE WAVIED. In which most cases you have to file a report etc etc etc I just had to do one on a bike because the prick wouldn't answer my calls.

My experiences with the dmv and AAA are, I bought it, I take on the responsibilities.

I did that too. Wrote a sobby story , downloaded (I forgot the name) form and I hear it is basically up to the manager of the dmv, was a no go


Basically it is a civil matter.
