I'm about to go though with the build to a very similar spec. I just sourced a bunch of near perfect Pearl White zenki pieces and am planning for an OEM respray.

I'd try to hang on to that car and wait for the s14 Silvia to go for like $20,000 through JapaneseClassicsLLC
