WTB: S14 Fuel Tank or lilttle Part from fuel tank

Looking for S14 "filler collar". It's part of the fuel tank, it's a cylindrical little plastic piece that sits in between the filler hose / tanks filler port. #10 on the FSM picture. I'm located in CA 92831 and don't mind paying shipping.
