I've been looking for an Oil Plate for the KA24, perhaps about 5 years late.

"Skullworks" made a plate back in 2010, but no longer makes them, and is unresponsive after requesting a CAD file for reproduction.

The purpose is to save space in the engine bay, and more importantly, allow a proper way to relocate the oil filter, as well as route it to an oil cooler, while getting rid of the large filter stand. Changing the oil filter in the stock location creates a mess and is harder than it needs to be. It also will let you run an Accusump directly.

Several people working in machine shops, CNC, etc have offered their help, and I have considered creating a model based off the oil filter stand, if no model is presented

I believe demand would be present again with no supply in quite some time. I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on the topic. Never had one myself, so any pictures, measurements, or other details would be appreciated, as would any discussion of improvement.

Thanks Everyone

Ok,..

I do my best to watch the FS, was it here or somewhere else?

Edit: Found it, this was right before I started looking for one. Just got the car before christmas.

I see your post on there. If you have any more info, LMK

I was going to contact the guy for a 2nd and never got around to it maybe 2+ years ago...
I believe they would sell if reproduced also…I just wonder how many would sell in a year ? and how much would they go for ?

I'd buy one if they were reproduced, by skullworks or any other party that figures out how to do it CORRECTLY. I'd even consider buying 2 or 3 given the fact that I've seen quite a bit of interest in the now-absent skullworks. it's a killer concept and I'd jump all over it.
