t28 rebuild kit and wastegate (large pic warning)

i just got a t28 and it has oil in the exhaust turbine housing, i figured the seals are blown/leaking , so i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find a rebuild kit for the t28 . i don't want to spend 250 at cheapturbos to rebuild it for me.

also, i was wondering if anyone has pictures of a t25 AND a t28 HKS actuator.
one actuator on my t28 is different (as in , not stock) and i can't tell if it's an hks one or not (no hks label on it or anything)

thas not a stock acuator...i have a t28..idk if i have pics..i gotta look. but..your t28 loosk small(comp housing)

u can find a turbo rebuild kit easy from this dude turbopimp on ebay..i got one form him...it was fine
