SSR SP1 4x114.3 18x8 Cheap!

I have sale a set of SSR SP1 is chrome finish.
They are 4-lug. The owner before me have a few set of these and made a set for himself and put together this set. I don't know the offset but I guess they are in the high 40's. I would recommend these for someone who will rebuild then right away. They have a couple scratches and some curbage. But nothing serious. I am asking 700 for them picked up and I'm willing to ship. Are the tires still on? Do you know if they are still factory welded?

They are still on. But I don't think they are welded, I will get a picture when I take the tires off
