Have this shift knob for sale.
Ordered it from GTR Garage when they relaunched their parts section
But this knob doesn't fit my shifter

Specs:
12x1.25 thread pitch (will not work on s chassis unless you have an adapter)
Urethane, pretty soft actually
Black in color
BNIB
