Buyer flaked out and the deposit refunded. Please just beware the member above with 0 feedbacks (go figured). Anyways, they're back up for sale. Any reasonable offers are welcome.

Why did you refund the deposit? The purpose of a deposit is to not only hold items for a potential buyer, but also to give collateral to the seller for taking it off the market. If it's refunded when the buyer backs out it serves no purpose at all.

This. Let it be known that the seller is apparently a nice guy.

I know, but just didn't want to hassle with the buyer. Just hope he doesn't go around and do this to other ppl and I'm sure he'll run to a person that will just keep the deposit! :)
