When you say engine test does that mean that you did a leak down test? If yes then what is the compression per cylinder? Are there any indications that the bearings in the block might be going out?
Is there any wiggle room price wise?

Compression test. Everything was between 120-125. No noise to indicate bearings are bad. I did put a bit of oil in the cylinder and compression jumped to 150. This means cylinder rings. PM me to talk about wiggle room. Heat, no ac. I do have components.
