Just bought an s13 with an sr swap for a steal. Engine cranks normal speed, has spark and has fuel going to the FPR on the rail. Pulled a plug after cranking it and didn't smell like good fuel so possibly something there. Has new nismo 550cc and new walboro 255, also has wiring specialties harness so wouldn't expect it to be a wiring issue. Just got the car home and it's coming a blizzard so haven't got to touch it yet. Feel free to chime in with similar experience or informative inputs!

fuel needs to go to the injectors, so make sure the fuel lines are connected properly.
pump--- filter---- rail---- regulator---- then return back to tank
do you have a tune for the 550cc injectors?
try starting the engine with the throttle wide open.

Yea, it's regulator then rail I think, but yea I'll have skim over it when the weather breaks, I know for a fact it's making it to the regulator but after that I'm unsure of at this time. And no not yet, my z32 maf just came in. Then waiting on my gt2871 to get here before I tune. Just mainly want to get it running before anything else.

Fuel line sound backwards. It should feed to the rail then the regulator then return

And if that goes to the fuel filter then home boy hooked it up backwards.

Awesome, thanks! Got it started. Doesn't sound healthy though. Possibly because the multitude of exhaust leaks and 4K rpm idle. Would the 550cc and walboro cause that idle or should I check elsewhere.

Youre gonna flood the engine have more serious issues if you continue running those 550's...

Here is the background of the car. Bought it yesterday for 1900 dollars. Condition of the sr20 is unknown because he hasn't ever had it started. I didn't really care because it's full interior, everything needed for the sr swap already installed and the body/paint is about perfect; I knew I could get my money back easy if I wanted to part out or buy another sr and have a full sr for parts. Thanks to the tip earlier I seen where the fuel was ran wrong to the rail. Just started the car to see if it would, didn't run it for more than 4 seconds. Now I'm pulling the manifold to replace it and the turbo.
