r33 front calipers

Do the oem s13 brake lines work with these? What rotors would have to be used?

You need to use z32 conversion lines with these.
If you don't want to pay $300+ for r33 rotors you can use 97-01 q45 rotors . Theyre 28mm(r33 are 30mm) but are the right diameter (296mm).
