FS/FT Borg Warner 360 177280

Trying to trade my brand new s360 for a t3 turbo
the exhaust housing is hitting my valve cover before i can get it mounted with the s360
so I need something smaller even though I'd love to use it

Not interested in any holsets or ebay crap

asking $600 with the vband weld flange (4.21 to 3" flange)
paid $610 for the turbo and $70 for the flange with clamp
