The parking brake light is connected to a switch on the handle itself. When you lift the handle, the switch closes, provides the circuit with a ground and the light turns on. Check the switch first, then the wiring. There may be a short in that wire.
In the future use more descriptive title. For example: "Parking Brake Light Stuck On" is a much better title that "Help". There are thousands of people on this forum looking for help. If you don't use something specific, people won't take the time to offer their advice.

if your brake switch is good. check your brake fluid reservoir. might be low on fluid or a line is leaking.
two reasons the e-brake light turns on
1. Ebrake handle switch
2. Low Brake Fluid
If handle is good, then the low brake fluid should be your next try. If your brakes are stuck in the rear, and your fluid is low, time to bleed the breaks :)

Wrote it the wrong way. E brake feels loose, when the ebrake is down or when I pull it up, light is still on and brake pads are still stuck. When I put it on drive it drags even when the ebrake is down.
Damn y'all some nice people

Apologies for the first person that responded. Hardly spend time on the internet. Too busy working my life and not being a lil dick like your ass.
Yet thank you other members for the advice, I'll try bleeding it on my next days off ☺
