Ok, here's the run down. I bought this car knowing it wasn't 100%. But the car won't start with the Maf plugged in. I've read all about this but can't find any answers. I've been trying to find the problem for about a month now. Here's what the car has and what's been checked/changed:
Sr20 black top
740cc injectors
New Z32 Maf
Stock fpr
255lph pump
Tuned ECU
New wiring specialties harness
New fuel filter
New plugs
No boost leaks
The car won't start with the Maf plugged in but will start and idle all day long with the Maf unplugged, but as soon as I connect the Maf it dies instantly. I check the FPR but pulling the vac line and no fuel came out. Does anyone have any clue. I didn't want to change 20 different thing if I didn't have too.

I'd check voltage and ground on the connection

Yep. Checked all that to and tried multiple grounds to bare metal.

Went over some stuff with the car again. Now the car starts with the new Maf plugged in but I have to try it Afew times while pressing the gas. But I pulled the plugs and they are super black and fouled out.

If the new maf starts the car but it seems as if it's running too rich, a tune would be my best guess.

I thought the same but I just got a new rom tune for the set up Afew days ago hoping that would fix it.

Read some more posts and wondering if my CAS is off a tooth or 180*. Cause it's happening to all cylinders not just one.

If the plugs are too fouled you might have to just replace with fresh ones if you fixed the maf issue. Also double check for vacuum leaks(Boostleak test) maybe something is not right and its flooding because the maf is measuring but you have vacuum leak after it.
Do you have consult port wired up?

Verify timing
Verify the MAF you have is correct for the tune
Verify no vacuum leaks
Verify tune is correct for MAF/Injectors you are running
180* out it won't run, it's not a SBC where it'll pop and carry on lol

Maf is good and correct
The tune is for this set up
I cleaned the plugs and the car would start up perfect, hold idle for about 30-40 seconds and die but would idle less and less the more the plugs got fouled.
I have a vmount set up and everything seemed good. Gotta re-do my boost leak tester though.
I thought it might be fuel related but the car will idle all day long with the Maf unplugged.

Make sure your injectors aren't leaking and seeping fuel into the cylinder
