I just got my turbo on the car it started up and idled fine to warm up I took it for a drive 30 mins into the drive it dies randomly.

Things I checked/replaced: battery, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel pump, injectors checked for intercooler leaks, etc

I pulled the return hose from fuel rail to see if it was pumping through and its working.

I did a spark test to see if im getting anything and I am getting spark

The engine sounds super weak when its turning over like theres no conbustion.

We hooked my dads truck up to jump it and still nothing.

I'm at a loss any help?

Stock 95, apexi neo safc, bkr7e plugs gapped at .35, walboro fuel pump, tried both stock and sr injectors. T25 setup. Pretty much stock everything else

I pulled the plugs and they were wet with fuel so I know the fuel system works, I used a different set of plugs so I know its not the plugs my question is how the hell is this thing not even kicking that thing not starting with fuel and spark?

Or atleast how does it feel so weak?

Ive even checked the ignition fuse and it's fine I'm confused

Check your Grounds? Its hard to say, but sounds like a loose wire or a short. Can you pop the clutch and get it started?

Does your oil smell like fuel?

Too much fuel or not enough or correct amount of air. Try cranking the engine over with the throttle wide open.

Check and verify safc settings. Verify mechanical timing, then set base ignition when you get it started. Did you pull codes? The ignition system if faulty should throw a code.

What do u mean the engine sounds super weak like there is no combustion?

Where the motor has no compression the engine spins little more freely/faster and sounds higher pitched.

When people say the engine sounds weak when start usually they mean the engine is turning very slow.
