Hey guys! I've been searching around for a definitive answer on some solutions for my problem here, I've tried a lot of different things I figured it was time to make a post.

I own a 1990 240sx Single Cam, its got just over 200,000 KM's. The past week it's been starting really poorly, a slow crank for the first start and then it ends up with me having to put my foot down on the gas to get it to start up. It's developed a ticking noise in the past couple weeks, it's definitely getting a lot colder around my area. MAF, IACV, have all been cleaned, new belts put on, turned up the idle, new alternator, running castrol 10W-40 synthetic oil.

Hope someones got a couple specific answer for me that I can try next. Thanks!

The ticking if your lifters. you need more oil.
The cold cranking im willing to bet is a bad battery

Clean grounds and new battery plus 1...get oil suited for cold weather too

How old is the battery? I'd also try that figure. Get it tested.
