My transmission on my ka24de has been blowing the rod and seal out of the slave cylinder we put a new clutch in it about 3 months ago Iv put about 10k miles on it since then the other day as I was driving home the clutch pedal dumped into the floor and wouldn't let me change gears I checked the fluid it was still full so I figured something was wrong with the master cylinder or the slave cylinder so I ordered both parts now that I have them both on I'm trying to bleed the clutch the slave cylinder keeps blowing the rod out and the clutch fork gets jammed and I have to take the slave cylinder completely off please does anyone know what is going on with this and how to fix it Iv even tried playing with the throw on the master cylinder and pedal but it isn't working Iv searched everywhere but everyone else says it's blowing the seal on the slave cylinder and they have no fix for it

Use some damn punctuation marks for Christ sake. And check your damn pivot ball for the clutch fork, it might be broke, like mine. Causing the slave to pop apart.

Just cus it is all attached doesn't mean that the mechanisms are functioning. When he said check the pivot ball he meant check the pivot ball to make sure it's not all fuckey. As you can imagine they develop burrs or wear over years of abuse. If it looks good then I would advise spraying some white lithium grease on the joint, lube it up so it moves freely and effortlessly. Are you sure that you reassembled the clutch fork mechanism properly?
You just replaced the clutch? With what? OEM or aftermarket? Normal pressure plate or high pressure plate? What company slave cylinder are you using? OEM or OReally A1 cardone junk?
I have seen this where a high pressure plate will blow out brand new slaves back to back. Happened to me on my KA back in the day. A couple times it was because of the fork popping off, the other times were caused by aggressive clutch kicking on a pressure plate with a slave cylinder that wasn't designed to take the abuse. Over time we eventually fixed it by replacing the pivot ball, clutch fork retaining clip, and slave cylinder (we went with a Nismo one cus we didn't want to take any chances).

well I pulled the dust boot off the bell housing and looked inside everything was moving perfect I did grease the ball and everything with lithium grease when I swapped the clutch. the clutch I used isn't oem it is a white bunny setup 350z flywheel and a 6 puck clutch from competition clutches I was having no problems with the clutch I drove over 10k miles and the slave cylinder has held up. We did reorder and put on a new one which is a exedy and now both slave cylinders oem and aftermarket are doing the same thing I contacted Nissan today ordered a new clutch fork, new springs, and dust cover also I'm going to be ordering a new pivot ball any recommendations? I hear that the oem pivot is weak and can break if the clutch is to heavy?

Yes the OEM pivot ball can break... Honestly my advice, since you're gonna be in there already replacing the fork just do the ball also. Its what a 10 or 20 dollar part? Definitely worth having to pull all that shit apart again.
As far as the OEM and aftermarket slaves failing then you might as well look into getting a nismo one, they are a little beefier and better constructed. However this will not help prevent the pin popping out of its slot and shooting the piston out, this only helps prevent if you were having them leak from too much pressure and stress internally (one of the issues I was dealing with)

yea I will go ahead and replace it and everything inside there. I know I cant even get 3 pumps out of the peddle when bleeding the clutch and it shoots the rod out of the slave so hopefully I can figure this mess out when dropping the tranny again
