Remove the board and start the car. Just temporarily and apply throttle enough to duplicate the issue. if it doesn't happen, then maybe it's an issue with the board or install.
Reinstall board and try to duplicate again. If you can't maybe its fixed.

Other things it could be is the wire is grounding or shorting.
Make sure you're not in diagnostic mode, for 02 or whatever.
