Just finished up my T28 turbo setup on my Sr with 550cc Subaru STI injectors, I was having no issue until one of them stuck open.
Is there any place I can send them to to have them all cleaned and rebuilt? Or should I find one to replace the sticking one? Trying to spend as little money as possible on fixing it

Hit the subaru forums NASIOC to see if someone will sell you a single. Or i believe rockauto has them, not sure on the price though.
Places usually run like $20/per for cleaning.
You can get a set of 550s for $100 or less all day long
EDIT: $28 + core on rock auto.

I am no expert, but my research here on Zilvia showed me that it is VERY important to make sure the injectors are within spec of one another- which is why I learned that it is important to make sure all four fuel injectors have the same output.
Over time, bad things can happen if 1 injector is putting out more or less fuel than the other 3.

Yeah I will probably have them tested over the winter since the car is going into storage soon anyway, although there isn't much I can do about it since I'm jut running an rs-enthalpy flashed ecu and I don't believe he can tune for individual injectors

I had my injectors stick open once on a V8. It flooded the cylinder with so much fuel the engine hydrolocked on the starter, bending a rod.
