i belive if you have ABS brakes, the manifold wont fit. if you can get pics... we can find out the problem. If not, im looking for a t3/t4 manifold.

There was a thread about the SSA top mount manifold a few days ago in the chat forum. Look a page or two back. Has the info your looking for.

Yep, that's me. I have the same problem. Read this thread: http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=61126

I'm having the same prob. Only with mine i have the KA bottom mount that's supposely suppose to bolt all the SR parts. Everything bolt's fine only the compressor outlet pipe is the one that isn't fitting. I'd post pics but can't find my camera. which sucks ass. I'll elaborate on my post a later time. when i get the digi cam.

i think all this just sealed my decision to go with the etd. clearance looks a ton better.

Maybe the compressor houseing is in the wrong place. Have you tried rotating it?

do T3 housings have optional tangential housings like T4s?

i had a problem with a turbo fitting but because it was a 4-bolt oncenter housing, not a v-band tangential; the new housing tucked it up towards the manifold more and made room for everything else...

on a second note, your turbo specs:
T04E-55 Trim Compressor Wheel -2.226 in. (57mm), Inducer, 3.000 in. (76mm) Major

0.50 A/R Compressor Housing

4 in. Inlet and 2 in. Outlet

0.63 A/R 4-Bolt Turbine Housing w/ Standard T3 Inlet Flange

I have never heard of a 55trim T04E wheel before
Second, there is no 4" inlet compressor housing that has a little .50 A/R; they are all .70 unless using a false inlet cover (or shroud), and all 4" inlet compressor housings have 2.5" outlets, not 2 inch
where did you get this turbo from? its definitely not a normal garret or turbonetics or even PT turbo

another thing, is this one of those special turbos with a T3 exhaust flange using a T4 housing though? if so,refer to my initial statement above...
