They should use standard 40 bolt lips, and barrels. These would be dope step lipped, gonna assume no center caps???... :(

where are you located and what wheels are they?

I wonder what the offset would be if they were re lipped to 18x10 and 18x11?

Nope, not a standard lip. Wheel Flip can make them for around $220.00 polished. Contact Alex and talk with him. Just a warning...you must have patience when dealing with them as they take their sweet time. So, DO NOT pay them before they provide you with shipping confirmation. If you do you're at their mercy!!!
